Title: Mini Bow Ties with Feta Cheese

Yield: 4 Servings

1 1/2cEgg mini bow tie pasta
4ozFeta cheese
1smRed onion; chopped
2tbExtra virgin olive oil
1/4cItalian parsley; chopped
  Salt
  Pepper

Cook and drain the pasta. Crumble feta cheese; set aside. In a med. frying pan, heat olive oil for 1 min. Add the onion; cook, stirring often until shiny and tender, about 2 mins. Add Italian parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. In a lg. bowl, combine the pasta, cheese and onion mixture. Yield - 4 to 6 servings.
